TO MAKE A RESERVATION:
1.) Confirm your desired vacation date with us by e-mail or by telephone. We will then place a hold in the vacation period for 7 days to allow for mail delivery of the deposit. After 7 days we will open the period up for other reservations.
2.) Mail a deposit of 50% payable to Cheryl Gillette along with the number in your group. Address the payment envelope to 10366 Buglenote Way, Columbia, MD 21044.
3.) A confirmation letter will be sent as soon as the deposit is received.
4.) Full payment (including taxes) is due 14 days prior to the start of your vacation.
5.) The key code, map, & a general information letter will be emailed after receipt of full amount due. When picking up the car pass, PD now collects a $15 per pass.
You may also pay by paypal as a “friend” to tgilltte@comcast.net or you may send funds from your bank online banking service.
If you choose the VRBO/Homeaway “bookit” system we need to revise the charges on that site before booking because of the 3% charge fees.
